All shipments include tracking and delivery information. If the package has not been delivered but your tracking information said it is delivered, please contact the carrier about this issue.

Orders
We require certain information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date) to buy from us. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders only. However, if we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.
Stella Rose Hair Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen or mishandled packages during the delivery process. We are also not responsible for delays in transit due to the carrier, this includes holiday seasons. The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.

Address Disclaimer
The consumer is responsible to make sure the address he or she enters is complete and correct. Please include any suite, apartment or building numbers. Stella Rose Hair Co. will not be responsible for any package that is returned due to an incorrect address label. The consumer will be responsible for an additional shipping label to be sent back out.

Insurance
Insurance for your order is optional but be aware that opting out of insurance excludes any coverage or possibility of a refund if your package is lost or damaged.
Insurance claims can only be made when package is in transit are lost or damaged. Once the package has been delivered, you will not be able to file a claim. Please make sure to double check your information and enter a complete address for shipping including all suite numbers, business or salon names if applicable.
If packages are lost or damaged by UPS or USPS:
Begin by submitting an investigation with the carriers in order to receive paperwork that verifies the package was not deliverable. This can take up to 2 weeks.

We do not offer returns but we are more than happy to give exchange the unopened product for in store credit with a 15% RESTOCK FEE. Exchanges will need to be made within 7 days from the day of ordering. The exchanged product will need to be the same price value of the original purchase or the consumer will need to pay the price difference. Extension hair must not be unraveled, worn, washed, styled or colored and it its original packaging.

Store credit will be issued in the form of a code to use for future purchases. The in store credit will be for the amount you paid minus a 15% restocking fee.

Please wait for a replay for at least 24-48 hours, please look for out e mail within that time line in case we need to ask you for more information.

Sending back hair: You always have the option to come to The Stella Rose Salon during shopping hours to return or exchange wefts but you can also send them through the mail.

Use a padded envelope to protect the hair while in transit.

Print and attach the return label that we sent you through e mail.

Drop off the package at your local USPS.

You will receive an e mail from The Stella Rose Hair Co. stating your return has been received. We will look over the product and make sure it is viable for an exchange or store credit. You then will receive an e mail with a code to use for the in store credit the next time you shop us. Note that this code will only be available for a one time use.
