Orders
We require certain information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date) to buy from us. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders only. However, if we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.
Stella Rose Hair Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen or mishandled packages during the delivery process. We are also not responsible for delays in transit due to the carrier, this includes holiday seasons. The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.

Insurance claims can only be made when package is in transit are lost or damaged. Once the package has been delivered, you will not be able to file a claim.
