We do not offer returns but we are more than happy to give exchange the unopened product for in store credit. Exchanges will need to be made within 7 days from the day of ordering. The exchanged product will need to be the same price value of the original purchase or the consumer will need to pay the price difference. Extension hair must not be unraveled, worn, washed, styled or colored and it its original packaging.
Store credit will be issued in the form of a code to use for future purchases. The in store credit will be for the amount you paid minus a 10% restocking fee.
How to exchange for in-store credit:
Send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please put “Exchange” or “Credit” as your subject line of the email along with your order number. Please tell us the reasoning for your return and any additional information you think we will need. (Example: Exchange: Order #12345)
Please wait for a replay for at least 24-48 hours, please look for out e mail within that time line in case we need to ask you for more information.
Sending back hair: You always have the option to come to The Stella Rose Salon during shopping hours to return or exchange wefts but you can also send them through the mail.
Use a padded envelope to protect the hair while in transit.
Print and attach the return label that we sent you through e mail.
Drop off the package at your local USPS.
After we receive your exchange:
You will receive an e mail from The Stella Rose Hair Co. stating your return has been received. We will look over the product and make sure it is viable for an exchange or store credit. You then will receive an e mail with a code to use for the in store credit the next time you shop us. Note that this code will only be available for a one time use.
